September 21, 2011 -- LUNCH: Bikes and Buses and Streetcars, Oh My!
What is Tacoma's transit future? Diane Wiatr, Mobility Coordinator for the City of Tacoma, and Andrew Austin, with the Transportation Choices Coalition, will speak about Tacoma's transit plans and the state of bike lanes, street car extensions, and getting people moving in Tacoma.
Lunch: Doors open at 11:30 a.m., lunch is served at noon and the program ends by 1:15 p.m.
RSVP via email by Monday, September 19 at 5:00 p.m. Cost for members is $16; non-members, $21. New option! Members may attend for the "program only" rate of $8 and skip the meal. The $8 rate includes free parking in the TAM lot, and coffee and dessert. This is only open to current City Club members.
